What will be your mission as a Team member production?
As a Team member production you are responsible for packing products directly at the injection molding machine according to the instructions given by the team lead production. Together with a team of colleagues you are responsible for the efficient processing of the elho products during your shift, with an eye on quality. In this role you will report to the team lead production.
What will be your responsibilities as a Team member production?
- Working in 5 shifts; 06.30-15.00 or 14.30-23.00 or 22.30-07.00 hrs;
- Packing of good qualified products approved by you, according the specifications and instructions;
- Take care of a good hand-over to the next shift, inform them about production problems, deviations and status;
- When there are quality issues, you will find the solutions together with the all-round operators;
- Guiding and training new Production operator and temporary workers;
- Refilling raw materials and colors into the machines;
- Keep your workplace and the machines clean;
- Recoloring the molding machine and replacing stickers;
- Working on efficient and effective production and actively thinking about bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement.
What do you bring as a Team member production?
- MBO 2 level;
- Good understanding and speaking of the English language.
- It is an advantage if you have a forktruck certificate;
- it is a pre if you have experience a first responder team (BHV);
- We are looking for colleagues who are involved, responsible, accurate and result-oriented;
- and who can also work well together in a team.
