What will be your mission?
As Sales Representative for the DACH region (with a focus on Nordrhein-Westfalen und parts of Niedersachsen), you will help drive the commercial success of elho by growing sales through garden centres, DIY stores and other relevant channels. You will proactively engage with both existing customers and new prospects to achieve sales targets and further grow elho’s presence in the DACH market. You will operate within elho’s brand concept and guidelines to drive revenue and market share.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and revenue growth in the DACH region (focus on West Germany, Nordrhein-Westfalen)
- Proactively visit existing customers and potential new clients
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers
- Support customers with merchandising, shelf management and resolving issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate administration and follow-up on visits
- Attend local, national and international trade fairs and events
- Report to and work closely with the Sales & Account Managers
What do you bring?
- Minimum 1–2 years of successful sales experience
- Experience and knowledge of the garden centre or DIY market is a plus
- Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with retailers
- A talent for selling complete concepts with added value
- Previous experience in our industry is an advantage
- Professional proficiency in German
- English at least B1 level (spoken and written)
- You are convincing, committed, reliable, and dynamic
- You are results-oriented, driven and determine
- You bring a fun, energetic and passionate character
- Drivers license is mandatory
- Preferably living in the middle of Nordrhein-Westfalen
