    Within the elho group, Good(s)Factory is the fast-growing specialist for the discount channel and major international retailers, focused on private label and promotional business. We create well-designed flowerpots and garden-related products with a strong price-quality ratio, tailored to the needs of our retail partners.
    Through co-creation and close collaboration, we define the right assortment together with our customers and turn ideas into successful, commercially relevant products.

    What is your mission?
    As assistant sales manager, you are the connecting link between customers, sales colleagues and internal departments. You coordinate the order process from proposal phase to delivery, ensuring clear follow-up, accurate administration and smooth execution. You provide sales managers with the right information for customer proposals and act as a reliable point of contact for customers throughout the process.
    By aligning closely with planning, finance, logistics and Good(s)Factory Product Management, you help ensure availability, delivery planning, invoicing and customer-specific requirements are handled efficiently. You follow up on complaints, process deviations and improvement opportunities, with the goal of improving customer satisfaction and strengthening the commercial support for Good(s)Factory.

    What do you bring?

    • For this role we are looking for someone who is hands-on and self-starting. You are a strong personality who takes responsibility and creates structure. You are a team player and you are supportive. You are very service oriented towards your customers.
    • HBO working and thinking level
    • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch, English and German language (French language is an advantage)
    • Min. 3 years of work experience in a similar position
    • Customer orientated, collaborative and experienced in working in an international environment
    • Good knowledge of SAP-SD is an advantage
    • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Planning and organizing skills
    • Excellent communicator
